FAQ · Why CellSyntax

Answers before you order.

Research use only

Plain-language answers about COAs, product formats, shipping, account access, and the boundaries around research-use-only materials.

Why choose CellSyntax

Built around what can be checked.

01

Documentation first

Product pages stay close to the records we can show: lot identifiers, COA status, method names, issuers, and measured fields when documents are posted.

02

Conservative catalog copy

We avoid effect-based product claims, protocol language, and use guidance. The site is built for research-material review, not outcome promises.

03

Clear product formats

The catalog is organized by familiar formats: vials, capsules, serums, sprays, and accessories, with search and type filtering available on the shop page.

Ordering & Access
Why does the catalog require an account?+

CellSyntax uses account-gated catalog access so product browsing, cart review, and checkout stay tied to a verified customer workflow. Checkout also requires agreement to the research-use-only terms before payment.

Do I need a verified email before ordering?+

Yes. A verified email is required before checkout so order communication, payment updates, and shipping notices can reach the right inbox.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?+

For larger research-material orders, contact us before placing the order. We review availability, documentation status, and shipping needs before quoting anything outside the standard catalog.

Can I request a product that is not listed?+

You can send a request through the contact page. We may consider additions when the item fits the catalog, documentation can be reviewed, and the product can be presented within our research-use-only standards.

COAs & Documentation
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?+

Yes, posted COAs are organized in the COA Library and tied to product pages when documentation is available. Some newly added products may show COA coming soon until the document is ready to publish.

What does COA coming soon mean?+

It means the product is visible in the catalog, but the public COA entry is not yet posted. We label that status plainly instead of implying that a document is available before it is ready.

How should I read a COA?+

Start with the lot identifier, issuer, method names, dates, and measured fields shown in the posted document. The COA helps identify the documented batch; it is not a protocol or use recommendation.

Who tests the batches?+

The posted COA entry is the source of truth for the named issuer, method labels, and measured values available for that batch. We avoid broad testing claims when the posted record does not support them.

Products & Formats
What product formats does CellSyntax carry?+

The launch catalog includes research vials, capsules, serums, sprays, and accessories. The shop page lets you search and filter by type.

What is the difference between lyophilized and liquid preparations?+

Lyophilized materials are supplied in a dry format, while liquid preparations are supplied already in solution. Product pages should be reviewed for the specific format and documentation status.

How should products be stored?+

Storage expectations can vary by material and format. Keep products sealed, protected from unnecessary heat and light, and review any product-specific documentation included with the order.

Do products contain additives or preservatives?+

Review the product page and available documentation for the specific item. If an answer is not clear from the posted records, contact us before ordering.

Shipping & Support
How fast is shipping?+

Orders ship Monday through Thursday. Orders placed and paid before 12 PM PT are prepared for same-day handoff when inventory, account status, and order review are complete.

What shipping options are available?+

Ground shipping, 2-Business Day Air, and Next Day Air options are presented at checkout. Free ground shipping may apply when the post-discount subtotal meets the current threshold.

Will I receive tracking?+

Yes. Order and shipping updates are sent to the email address on the account once the order moves through the shipping workflow.

What if a package is damaged or delayed?+

Contact us with the order number, tracking number, and photos if there is visible damage. We review shipping issues case by case and respond within one business day.

Research Use & Compliance
What does For Research Use Only mean?+

It means CellSyntax products are sold for in vitro laboratory research and analytical use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, treatment, diagnosis, or prevention of disease.

Are CellSyntax products FDA-approved?+

No. CellSyntax products are not FDA-approved drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Can CellSyntax provide use guidance?+

No. We do not provide administration, use-instruction, or outcome guidance. The site is limited to research-material identity, ordering, documentation, and support information.

Will my state qualify?+

Some states restrict certain research materials. State eligibility is reviewed during checkout. If an order cannot be processed for the destination, the checkout flow will not complete.
