Shipping
CellSyntax offers free Ground shipping on order totals of $250 or more, and free Next Day Air shipping on orders of $500 or more within the United States. Most orders placed and paid for will ship the same business day.
All free shipping offers are for U.S. addresses only.
We offer same-business-day shipping for orders placed before 12 PM PT, Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Orders placed and paid for after 12 PM PT are shipped the following business day.
Shipping rates and options, including free shipping thresholds, are subject to change at any time without notice.

Refunds & Returns
At CellSyntax, we uphold strict quality control standards to ensure the integrity of our products. Due to the sensitive nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns.

Cancellations
For cancellations, please submit your request via email before your order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched to the carrier, we are unable to process cancellations.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with the carrier and you to resolve the issue.
For shipments showing as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days so we can open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
State Eligibility
Some states restrict the sale of certain research compounds. State eligibility is verified at checkout. If your state does not qualify, your order will not process and your card will not be charged.
