cellsyntax.com collects information about the use of our website to provide a secure and personalized experience. This includes the customer’s name, email, purchasing records, and shopping patterns. We will collect information when you place an order with us.
We do not sell, rent, or loan your information to third parties for their own marketing. We use limited information with service providers only as described below. We send marketing messages only when you have separately opted in, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account and order information: name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number, and any other information you enter at checkout or in your account.
- Payment information: processed directly by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: messages you send us by email, contact form, or other channels.
Information collected automatically
Like many other websites, CellSyntax makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movement around the site, measure account and order funnels, and maintain security. When a visitor arrives from a recognized search engine, we may retain only the search-engine category and landing-page path; we do not retain the search query or full referring URL in our first-party acquisition record. Analytics activity may later be associated with an account after sign-in so we can measure whether Site improvements are useful.
How We Use Information
- To process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and to communicate with you about them;
- To verify identity, eligibility, and shipping address (including state-by-state restrictions);
- To provide customer service and respond to inquiries;
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, receipts);

Cookies and Web Beacons
CellSyntax does use cookies to store information about visitors’ preferences, record user-specific information on which pages the user accesses or visits, customize Web page content based on visitors’ browser type or other information that the visitor sends via their browser. If you wish to disable cookies, you may do so through your individual browser options. More detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers can be found at the browsers’ respective websites.
Our first-party acquisition cookie stores a bounded traffic-source category, campaign identifiers when present, the landing-page path, and a timestamp for up to 30 days. For organic search visits, it may also store the recognized search engine. It does not store the search query, full referrer, email address, name, or order details. This record helps us measure the path from public documentation to account registration and ordering.
Creating an account or purchasing on our website adds your email to our secure records so we can provide account, order, payment, and shipping messages. It does not subscribe you to marketing.
The Batch List is a separate, optional subscription for new batch alerts, restocks, product updates, and occasional private offers. At checkout, an optional checkbox can activate it for your already verified account. Public signup forms require email confirmation. Every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe. Third-Party Service Providers
We share limited information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf. These providers are contractually bound to use the information only for the services they provide to us. They include:
- Payment processors (for example, ONVO Pay) to process payments securely;
- Shipping carriers to deliver your orders;
- Hosting and infrastructure (for example, Cloudflare) to run the Site;
- Transactional email delivery (Resend) to send account verifications, order confirmations, and other service messages;
- Marketing email delivery (Amazon Web Services Simple Email Service) to send separately authorized CellSyntax marketing messages and process delivery, bounce, complaint, open, click, and unsubscribe signals;
- Background job platforms (for example, Trigger.dev) to run delayed and scheduled processes that support the services;
- Database hosting (for example, Neon) to store account, order, and subscription data;
- Product analytics (PostHog) to measure bounded Site and account-flow events without sending search queries through the CellSyntax acquisition record;
- Traffic and advertising measurement (Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel) to measure Site visits and generic conversion events. CellSyntax does not send product names, research interests, or contact details in its Meta conversion events.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Legal Disclosures
We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to enforce our Terms of Use; to protect the rights, property, or safety of CellSyntax, our customers, or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. Payment information is encrypted in transit and processed through PCI-DSS compliant providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is intended for use by adults age 21 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Ownership of Communications
Except for that individually-identifiable information collected from you in accordance with this Privacy Policy, all comments, remarks, suggestions, ideas, or other information communicated will become the exclusive property of cellsyntax.com, and you grant to cellsyntax.com a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use or reproduce the same.
