Read the issuer line
The issuer, sample name, client name, and lab information should be read directly from the posted document.
If a document names another entity, the page should not hide that fact or imply that CellSyntax created the underlying test record.
Do not overstate posted records
A posted COA can support a statement that the document is available for review.
It should not be used to claim independent certification, broad supplier approval, or suitability for any use unless that claim has separate substantiation.
Questions the document may answer
A document may answer narrow questions such as which lot is named, which method names appear, what values are reported, and who issued the record.
Those answers should be kept separate from marketing language about the material.
Questions it cannot answer
A COA does not answer questions about human or animal use, instructions, expected effects, or buyer-specific decisions.
Those topics should stay outside public product and documentation copy.
Use the preview image
The rendered preview should remain easy to open so readers can inspect the document image rather than relying on summary copy alone.
